摘　　要：随着经济全球一体化趋势的不断发展,我国的职业教育发展取得了很大的成绩,为社会培养了大量的优秀的行业能手,正如大家了解,好的教育离不开优秀的教师做支撑,近些年,我国的职业教育培训工作已经步入正轨,但是问题依然存在,为了促进我国职教师资的培训发展,就必须加快完善职业教育师资培训制度的步伐,努力开创中等职业教师师资培训及师资队伍建设的新局面。With the continuous development of global economic integration, vocational education has made brilliant achievements-cultivating a large amount of technical talents for economics and social development. However, there are a series of problems. In order to promote the training and development of teachers in vocational education, it is necessary to improve the training system of teachers in vocational education, and create a new situation of the construction of teachers in vocational education.
