摘　　要：地域饮食民俗是以饮食为载体的民俗事象,它是生活在特定的历史阶段和一定的自然环境下的人们生产、生活经验的总结,也是人们自然观和社会观的反映。饮食民俗的纷繁现象背后蕴含的是民俗主体的文化心理。这里通过湖北饮食民俗的分析,可以归纳出避祸纳福、平安富足是饮食民俗蕴含的普遍性民众文化心理。Regional dietary custom is a folklore matter which takes diet as the carrier. It is a summary of people's production and life experiences at a specific historical stage and in certain natural surroundings. It is also a reflection of people's outlook of the nature and society. Behind the phenomenon of complicated folk dietary customs implies the mass cultural psychology. Through the analysis of the folk dietary customs in Hubei, the writer comes to the conclusion that seeking happiness and avoiding disaster, and pursuing safety and affluence are a universal mass cultural psychology.
