创造性人格培养:高校思想政治教育的着力点

摘　　要：创造是人格的核心特质之一,创造是人才的核心素质,创造性人格的培养是高校实施素质教育的题中之义,重视创造性人格的培养是提升高校思想政治教育实效性的必然要求。高校思想政治教育在大学生创造性人格培养上必须坚持:主体性的开发是基础,社会责任感的培育是永恒动力,批判性思维方式的锻炼是关键,加强创新文化建设是有效途径,锤炼创造能力是必然要求。Creation is one of the core qualities of personality as well as the core quality of talents. Thecultivation of creative personality is the key point of the implementation of quality education in colleges anduniversities. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of the creative personality as to improve theeffectiveness of ideological and political education. Thus the principles on the cultivation of college students＇ creative personality are： the development of subjectivity is the foundation, the cultivation of the sense of socialresponsibility is the eternal power, the rational, dialectical thinking mode is the key, the strengthening of inno-vative culture construction is an effective way, and the forging of creativity is the inevitable requirement.
