摘  要:随着我国现代化的稳步推进、社会转型的不断深化和教育改革的不断深入,农村基础教育的师资问题在"中国语境"下愈发凸显,已成为制约农村基础教育水平提高的瓶颈。本文从高校支教志愿服务推动基础教育发展的角度出发,基于高校音乐支教服务的实践个案,以组织化的高校支教志愿服务为依托,尝试对农村教育走出师资困境的方式进行有益的实践探索与反思。With the advance of China's modernization, the deepening of social transformation and the development of educational reform, the issue of teaching staff in rural basic education has been high- lighted in the "Chinese Context" and has become a bottleneck restricting China's rural basic educa- tion. With the approach of university voluntary educational service promoting rural basic education, based on a case of a university's voluntary service in music education and relying on the organized university voluntary service, the present study aims for the practical exploration of and reflection on the ways of resolving the rural teaching staff plight.
