摘　　要：本文从MOOC的特征分析入手,探讨了MOOC的内涵所在及其对教师传统教学理念与方式的挑战,指出教师在MOOC中所处的困境并提出自主发展的对策,使教师能够适应互联网思维下的教育变革,在MOOC风起云涌的大潮中扬帆远航。This paper discuss the connotation of MOOC and the challenge to teachers＇ traditional teaching ideas and method from MOOC characteristics,and points out the plight of teachers in MOOC and puts forward to the countermeasures of the self-development hoping that teachers can adapt to educational reform under the net thought and sail in MOOC.
