摘　　要：商科专业职业道德教育直接关系到学生成人成才,是高校为社会和用人单位提供合格商业人才、保证其所在行业乃至整个国家经济和社会秩序正常运行的重要条件之一。论文以文献研究的视角,对欧美高校商科职业道德教育的主要特征进行梳理和分析,并对我国商科职业道德教育提出了几点建议。Business Major Professional Ethics Education is directly related to the development and success of university students,and it is important to provide qualified commercial talents for the society as well as the employers,and also a guarantee of proper functioning order of the business industry,the country＇s economy and society as a whole.This paper uses literature research methodology to study the research papers of the US and UK universities as well as business schools on the topic of business ethics education,summaries and analyze its main characteristics,think over the professional ethics education of business major in China,and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.
