摘  要:为了探究都匀毛尖不同产地的微量元素含量特点,采用电感耦合等离子体质镨(ICP-MS)技术测定黔南州5个不同产地福鼎大白都匀毛尖茶中的Cu、Co、Ni、Zn、Cr、Mo、Pb及其稀土元素的含量,同时进行主成分分析。结果表明:15个样品中Cu平均值为9.878μg/g,Co平均值为0.515μg/g,Ni平均值为7.147μg/g,Zn平均值为34.401μg/g,Cr平均值为0.854μg/g,Mo平均值为0.104μg/g,Pb平均值为0.304μg/g,稀土元素总量平均值为0.246μg/g。都匀毛尖的微量元素含量符合名优绿茶微量元素含量水平。2经主成分分析得2个主成分,其累计方差贡献率达87.436%。第1主成分的方差贡献率为50.538%,故确定其所对应的Co和Zn为都匀毛尖茶所含特征元素。In order to investigate the contents of trace elements in Duyun Maojian Tea from different tea-producing areas,the content of Cu, Co, Ni ,Zn, Cr, Mo, Pb in FuDing Dabai which were picked from five tea-producing areas in Qiannan Prefecture were determiated By ICP-MS. The principal coponent were analyzed.The results showed that :①The average content of Cu, Co, Ni, Zn, Cr, Mo, Pb were respectively 9.878 μg/g, 0.515 μg/g, 7.147μg/g, 34.401μg/g,0.854 μg/g ,0.104 μg/g, 0.304 μg/g,0.246 μg/g.The trace elemnts contents of Duyun Maojian were in accordance with famous greent tea.②After principal component analysis, two principal divisors were gained.The contributions rate of accumulative total of variance of the two principal divisors in defense mechanism was 87.436% and the variance contributions of the first divisor was 50.538% ,indicating Co and Zn were the characteristic elements of Duyun Maojian Tea.
