摘  要:当前部分大学生道德认知不端,道德行为失范,道德素质低下,高校德育绩效不彰已成不争的事实。从高校德育运行机制角度看,德育实效性弱化的根源在于:高校德育地位低下;德育目标泛化;德育内容重复,缺乏对传统文化的主动性引入;德育方法重灌输轻引导;德育环境复杂多变;德育评价偏离学生实际等。儒家思想精义与高校德育思想契合度高,是高校德育的重要思想源泉,因此可以引入儒家德育思想,创新高校德育机制:坚持德育首要性;细化德育目标,树立生活德育理念;引入传统文化教育课程,补充德育内容;改进德育方法,创新德育形式;树立德育环境三维一体的整体观;他律与自律并重,完善德育评价。It's incontrovertible that moral education of high schools performs poorly at present which causes some col- lege students' incorrect moral cognition, deviation behavior and low moral quality. From the perspective of moral mechanism, the weakening of moral education' s effectiveness lies in: not taken seriously; generalizations of ob- ject; content duplication, lack of initiative to introduce traditional culture ; mind inculcating and despise guide ; complexity and variety environment; evaluations are not matched with the truth. The essence of Confucianism and the moral education thought is similar, the former is an important ideological source of moral education, so tradi- tional culture can be brought into moral education to achieve innovation: moral education remain foremost; refine moral education target; introduce traditional culture to supply moral education's content; innovate the form of moral education ; establish the overall concept of moral education environment; pay equal attention to heteronomy and self-discipline, improving the evaluation of moral education.
