摘　　要：标准是产品品质恒久发展的保证,是行业成熟和规范化的象征。仁怀大曲酱香酒技术标准体系能够强化仁怀大曲酱香基酒和酱香大曲的生产管理规范,提升仁怀大曲酱香酒品质,确保1—7轮次基酒及综合基酒的质量品质,促使仁怀酱香酒产业的原料控制、制曲工艺、制酒工艺、勾兑调味等技术成为全国酱香酒产业的标杆,巩固仁怀在全国酱香酒产业中的话语权地位。Standard is a guarantee of product quality and also the symbol of a ripened and standardized industry. The establishment of technical standards system of Renhuai Daqu Jiangxiang Baijiu could strengthen standardized production management of Jiangxiang base liquor and Jiangxiang Daqu, improve the quality of Renhuai Daqu Jiangxiang Baijiu, guarantee base liquor quality from the 1st to the 7th production turns,make the production technology of Renhuai Jiangxiang Baijiu nationwide model, and consolidate the powerful voice of Renhuai in national Jiangxiang Baijiu industry.
