摘  要:营养与食品卫生学是预防医学专业的主干课程,具有很强的科学性、实践性和应用性,对促进学生的全面发展具有重要意义。教学实践中,通过加强教师素质教育,提高专业素养;开展理论与实验内容教学方式的改革,如开展以专题形式重组教学内容、课程部分章节选用PBL教学、优化实验内容、增加设计性实验等,同时改变传统考核方式来提高营养与食品卫生学教学质量。Nutrition and food hygiene is a specialized main course of preventive medicine, which is of great significance to promoting the all-round development of students. In the teaching practice, we improve the teaching quality of nutrition and food hygiene by strengthening the quality education of the teachers to improve their professional quality, carrying out theoretical and experimental teaching mode reform, such as carrying out its special form and reorganizing the teaching content, some chapters of the course selection of PBL teaching, optimizing experiment content, increasing the design of experiments, and at the same time changing the traditional assessment methods.
