高速铁路动卧列车夕发朝至运营组织分析

摘　　要：夕发朝至列车是我国铁路着眼于市场需求的品牌列车。随着高速铁路网络化运营后,在高速铁路上开行动卧列车是创新高速铁路运营方式并发挥夕发朝至品牌效应的具体实践,也是对铁路客运营销组织的有益探索,在世界高速铁路史上都是首创。鉴于目前高速铁路动卧列车夕发朝至运营组织的研究还处于探索阶段,在分析高速铁路动卧列车夕发朝至客流需求状况和产品分析的基础上,对列车的开行条件包括天窗设置、调度指挥、动车组运用及检修、乘务工作组织等进行了较为系统的分析,并结合2015年上半年高速铁路动卧列车夕发朝至实际开行方案及效果进行了例证分析,目的是为高速铁路动卧列车夕发朝至运营组织提供理论和技术支撑。The train leaving in the evening and arriving in the morning is the brand train in our country focusing on the market demand. After the high-speed rail network operation, the EMU train leaving in the evening and arriving in the morning of high speed railway focuses on the practice of market demand and innovative operation organization of China＇s railway, also is a useful exploration on the passenger transportation marketing organization and is the first matter in the world history of high speed railway. In view of the research on operation organization of the EMU train leaving in the eve- ning and arriving in the morning of high speed railway is still in the exploratory stage, according to the demand condi- tions of passenger flow and product analysis, systematic analyses are taken on the train and the operation organization scheme including sunroof installation, dispatching command, motor train unit application and maintenance, crew work organization and so on. Example illustration and analyses are undertaken combined with the actual operation scheme and effect in first half year of 2015 in order to provide theoretical and technical support for operation organization of the EMU train leaving in the evening and arriving in the morning of high speed railway.
