摘 要:经营家族主义理念主张企业是由资本家及管理者与工人共同组成的"大家族",并仿照家族内部的关系、结构、秩序和规则来进行企业管理,通过终身雇佣、年功工资、内部培训、企业福利等具体制度来稳定劳资关系。这一理念将资本家宣扬成如同父母的"施恩者",工人则是"受恩"的"子女",企业中平等的雇佣关系被扭曲成了以"恩"为纽带的、残余着封建人身依附色彩的等级关系。由于经营家族主义理念与日本的和合观念、集团意识等文化传统高度契合,因此受到了日本社会的普遍认可,其终身雇佣等管理方式在战后定型为"日本式经营"的核心制度,并在此基础上构建出了独具特色的"利益一致型"企业劳资关系。The concept of family business proposes that an enterprise is a "big family"constituted by capitalists,managers,and workers together,and they imitate the relationship,structure,order,and rules of a family to conduct management.Through concrete systems such as life-long employment,yearly wage,in-house training and welfare,can the enterprises stablize labor relations.Under the concept of family business,the capitalists are advocated as"benefactors",and the workers are"children benefited"who should be grateful,thus equality in employment relationship has been distorted into that of social classes with"gratitude"as the bond,and remains the color of human dependence of the feudal society.Bucause of the strong agreement between the concept of family business and the Japanese traditional cultural concepts such as harmony and group consciousness,it is widely accepted in the Japanese society.Its management pattern like life-long employment was sterotyped as the core system of"Japanese style management"after the second World War.Based on this pattern,a distinctive"interest in agreement"labor relation is established.
