野西瓜藤醇提物降低糖尿病小鼠血糖作用的研究

摘　　要：野西瓜(Citrullus colocynthis L.)对肝病、血液病和糖尿病具有一定疗效。以野西瓜藤醇提物为受试物,首次考察野西瓜藤醇提物对糖尿病小鼠血糖值和糖耐量的影响。结果发现,野西瓜藤醇提物对正常小鼠的体质量和血糖值没有显著影响,在灌胃30 d后,降低模型小鼠的血糖,提高模型小鼠的糖耐量,并且高剂量组(300 mg/(kg·d))效果更明显。按照我国保健食品对降低血糖功能评价标准可知,野西瓜藤醇提物对高血糖模型小鼠有降血糖功能。Citrullus colocynthis L. has showed therapeutic effects on liver disease, blood disease and diabetes. The effect of alcohol extract of Citrullus colocynthis vine on the blood sugar level of diabetic mice is evaluated for the first time. The alcohol extract of Citrullus colocynthis vine did not affect the body weight and blood glucose of the normal mice, while it reduced the blood sugar and enhanced the sugar tolerance of the diabetic mice. The high dosage of 300 mg/（kg· d） show a stronger capacity to reduce the blood sugar and enhance the sugar tolerance of the diabetic mice after 30 dtreatment. Hence, according to China＇s health food to lover blood suger evaluation criteria, the alcohol extract of Citrullus colocynthis vine can lower the sugar glucose of diabetic mice.
