摘　　要：主要探讨制盐企业在生产食用盐产品时,解读食用盐产品使用的国家标准和行业标准,如何有效互补的使用标准,生产出合格产品,达到风险防范的目的。This paper mainly discusses when salt making companies are manufacturing edible salt products, and interpret the national and industrial standards of using edible salt products. How to make effective and complementary using standard, make acceptable products and achieve the purpose of risk prevention have been discussed.
