摘　　要：作为学校文化的规则系统,高校制度文化既是维系高校的各种教育组织、管理单位和学术机构正常运转的保障机制,也是用以处理高校人际关系、规范师生言行的普遍性的基本规范和行为准则,承载和表达着高校文化的价值取向和精神旨归,是一种不可或缺的道德教育资源。深入缕析、挖掘并洞悉高校制度文化的道德意蕴并切实发挥其应有之用,对于大学生道德品质的改善和提升,以及高校道德教育的健康运转,均意义深远。As a Rule system of school culture, university system culture is not only a protection mechanism that maintain various educational organization, administration and academic institution working properly but also a general basic norm and principle of behavior that deal with interpersonal of university and standardize teachers and students in words and deeds. University system expresses the values and spirit of university culture and it is a indispensable moral educational resources. Ana- lyzing, studying and grasping deeply the moral truth of university system culture and playing its role is very important to the healthy functioning of university moral education, improving and upgrading of university students＇ moral quality.
