高职院校人才联合培养模式探析——基于闽台产业对接的视角

摘　　要：做大做强闽台产业对接,历来是福建全面深化改革的一个重点发展战略。在闽高职院校担负着为海峡区域经济发展培养高端技术技能型人才的使命,理应扛起为闽台产业经济深度对接提供智力支撑和人才保障的重任。通过对闽台产业对接现状、特点的分析,阐述高职院校人才联合培养模式的价值意蕴,提出闽台产业对接下高职院校人才联合培养模式改革设想及策略。To strengthen Min-Tai（i.e.： between Fujian Province and Taiwan） industrial connection has always been one of the most important development strategies of Fujian to comprehensively deepen reform.Vocational colleges in Fujian take on the mission of cultivating skilled talents of high-level technology for strait regional economic development, and they ought to shoulder the heavy responsibility of offering intellectual support and talent guarantee for total Min-Tai industrial connection. By analyzing the current situation and features of Min-Tai industrial connection, this paper probes into the existing problems of single training mode in vocational colleges, and puts forward the reform ideas and strategies for combined training mode of talents from vocational colleges under the situation of Min-Tai industrial connection.
