摘 要:目的研究三豆饮水煎液不同部位(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇)的抗氧化能力大小,探讨隔夜变性的原因。方法分别用还原能力测定法、DPPH自由基清除法、羟自由基清除法来评价各部位抗氧化性大小,并对隔夜样品进行测定。结果正丁醇部位抗氧化活性最高,其次是乙酸乙酯部位;隔夜放置后的样品抗氧化性均比当天样品低,可能是"隔夜变性"的原因。结论三豆饮的抗氧化性可能是药效原因之一,文章可为三豆饮的进一步开发提供参考。Objective The antioxidant activity of the extraction fraction with different solvents (Petroleum ether, chlnroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol) from Three-soybean liquid were studied in this paper. The causes of overnight degeneration were investigated. Methods Three different antioxidant assay methods by testing the DPPH free radical scavenging activity, hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity, ferrous ion-chelating capacity and reducing power separately was used to study the antioxidant activity of the Three-soybean liquid extraction fraction with different solvents and samples overnight. Results The antioxidant activity of the n- BuOH traction is the highest one and the Ethyl acetate fraction followed. The antioxidant activity of sample decreased after staying overnight. Conclusion The antioxidant activity of the Three-soybean liquid may be one reason for its efficacy.
