摘  要:目的研究十堰市单增李斯特菌分离株的同源性和耐药性,为追溯传染源和临床用药提供参考依据。方法对单增李斯特菌分离株进行PFGE分型,然后用E-test法对氨苄西林等13种抗生素进行耐药性分析。结果 26株单增李斯特菌可分为13个PFGE亚型,相同PFGE型的菌株为同一来源。分别有45.15%和19.23%的菌株对磺胺嘧啶和环丙沙星耐药,对这2种抗生素均耐药的菌株有2株,为多重耐药菌株。结论十堰市单增李斯特菌对一些抗生素存在较严重的耐药性,应加强对单增李斯特菌等食源性致病菌的监测,避免其污染水体而影响南水北调水源区水质。Objective This work was to study the homology and drug- resistance of Listeria monocytogenes isolated from Shiyan,and provide reference for pathogen source tracking and rational antibiotic usage in clinics. Methods The isolates of L. monocytogenes were identified by Pulsed- field gel electrophoresis( PFGE),and their resistance to 13 antibiotics was measured with E- test method. Results A total of 13 PFGE subtypes were discovered from 26 strains,and strains of the same subtype were determined to be from the same source. 45. 15% and 19. 23% of strains were resistant to sulfadiazine and ciprofloxacin respectively. Two isolates resistant to both drugs were multi- drug resistant. Conclusion Drug- resistance of L. monocytogenes existed in Shiyan. Surveillance should be enhanced to prevent L. monocytogenes contamination to the water source of South- to- North Water national project.
