高校大型精密仪器设备档案管理的研究

摘　　要：大型精密仪器设备档案管理是学校资产管理的重要组成部分,同时因为大型仪器设备价值均不菲,也是学校建设与发展中不可或缺的一项长期性、重要性工作。论述了高校大型精密仪器设备档案管理工作的意义,分析了当前大型仪器设备档案管理存在的问题,如对大型仪器设备档案管理工作缺乏正确的认识、管理制度不健全、档案收集不及时完整、利用率不高、信息化程度及管理水平较低等;提出应切实转变管理意识,健全完善相关管理制度、明确分阶段档案的归档内容与范围、加强大型仪器设备档案的利用率及使用效益、实现档案管理数字化和网络化、加强管理人员队伍建设及管理等可行性措施。Archives management of large precise instrument is an important part of the university assets management. And because of the large instruments＇ great value,it is also a long-term,important and integral part of school construction and development. This paper discusses the significance of archives management of large precise instrument in colleges and universities,and analyzes the current problems of archives management of large precise instrument,such as the lack of correct understanding,imperfect management system,the incomplete file collection and low utilization rate,and the informationization degree is low. This paper proposed that we should change management consciousness,consummate the related management system,and specify the file content and scope of the archives in different stages. In addition,we should also strengthen the utilization rate of the archives of large precise instrument,realize the digitalization and networking of archives management and strengthen the construction of management team and any other feasible measures.
