摘  要:科研驱动式教学模式有利于不断更新教学内容使学生始终获取本课程的前沿进展,有利于激发学生研究兴趣从而提升创新能力,有利于实现教师的教学与科研的有机结合、教师与学生的良性互动。然而,由于研究生教师队伍建设落后、研究生主体性缺失以及考核体系不合理等因素,当前科研驱动式教学模式很难有效实施。为此,需要从思想观念上厘清"科研与教学"之间的辩证关系;调整与优化师资结构与学生结构匹配;大力推进教育部的研究生分类培养模式,在教学模式上对学术型硕士与专业硕士加以区别;在研究生考核机制方面,尽量引入"柔性考核",使研究生能够充分有效地发挥其主观创新精神。Research-driven teaching model helps to constantly update the teaching content so that students can always obtain the frontiers in this course;it helps to stimulate students’ interest in research so as to enhance their innovation ability;it helps to realize an organic combination between teaching and scientific research,and an interaction between teachers and students. However,due to the lack of postgraduate teachers’ construction,the lack of students’ subjectivity and the unreasonable evaluation system,it is difficult to effectively implement the current research-driven teaching model. Therefore,efforts need to be made to clarify dialectical relationship between scientific research and teaching,adjust and optimize the structure of teachers and students,and vigorously promote the classification education proposed by the Ministry of Education. Moreover,measures need to be taken to make a difference between masters of academic type and masters of professional type in teaching mode,try introducing flexible assessment in the assessment mechanism,enabling postgraduates to fully and effectively develop their subjective spirit of innovation.
