摘 要:本研究考察背诵词块对中国英语学习者作文和口语产出的影响及程度。研究对象为一所三年制大专院校的40名非英语专业二年级学生,分为实验组(20人)和对照组(20人)。经过为期8周的教学实验后,对比分析了实验前后口、笔语语料中语言流利性、准确性和多样性的变化情况,发现词块背诵能有效促进学习者写作和口语水平的发展,尤其体现在流利性和准确性方面;与写作相比,背诵词块对提高口语能力的作用更为明显。The present study aims to investigate the effect of chunk recitation on Chinese EFL learners' writing and speaking performance as well as the differences in effects on writing and speaking. 41 sophomores from a three-year college,divided into two groups—the experimental group( EG) and the control group( CG) —participated in the study. The EG was required to recite the chunks during 8-week period of experiment. The comparison was made in terms of language fluency,accuracy and complexity. The results indicate that such a practice has enhanced both speaking and writing ability,fluency and accuracy in particular and it exerts greater influence on speaking than on writing.
