传统文化教育融入高职学生思想政治教育探究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和技术技能型人才需求的不断增加,近几年各类高职院校发展迅速,招生规模日益壮大,但随之而来的学生思想道德素质差距明显、人文修养良莠不齐等问题日益凸显,对高职院校大学生思想政治工作提出了挑战。而凝练了中华五千年文明精髓的传统文化资源和传统美德对引导学生构建积极价值观、人生观、塑造良好道德和人文修养等起着非常重要的作用,如何将传统文化教育和高职学生思想政治教育有效融合,发挥更大的作用已成为重要课题。文本通过论述传统文化教育在高职院校思想政治教育功能价值,分析传统文化教育在高职院校教育中的不足和缺失,探索研究了将传统文化有效融入高职院校学生的思想政治教育的手段和途径,具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。More technical and skilled talents are needed with fast development of the social economy.Different kinds of vocational colleges also show rapid growth in recent years.More students have been enrolled.However,challenges have been posed for ideas and political work in the college,as the students show different levels of quality or humanistic accomplishment.Traditional cultural resources and virtues which have been developed during the past 5000 years are of great significance to direct students to build positive ideas on value,life,morals and humanistic accomplishment.So it has become a key issue to research on integration of traditional culture with education of ideology and political ideas.The paper discusses the functions of traditional cultural education on vocational college to teach ideology and political ideas,analyses the disadvantages and deficiency,and tries to find an effective means to include traditional culture into education of ideology and political ideas for college students.It is of practical value and guiding significance.
