增强现代高职学生法律意识的探究

摘　　要：随着社会经济文化快速发展,增强高职学生的法律意识,越来越成为职业教育科学、健康发展的基础之一,也决定着其能否更好地为社会发展做出贡献。基于这种背景,首先概述了法治内涵与高职学生法律意识现状,进而分析了现代高职学生法律意识与通识教育的关联,最后探讨了强化法律教育,增强高职学生的法律意识的建议。with the rapid development of social economy and culture,strengthening students＇ legal consciousness has increasingly become one of the bases for vocational teaching science and health development,and it also determines whether it can make better contribution to social development.Based on this background,it firstly introduces law connotation and the current state of legal consciousness of higher vocational students,and then analyzes the correlation between legal consciousness of higher vocational students and liberal education,at last,it discusses the suggestion for strengthening law education and enhancing legal consciousness of higher vocational students.
