摘　　要：设H为无限维Hilbert空间,T为H中的有界线性算子,Tt,Tt(*)分别表示T的广义Aluthge变换和广义*-Aluthge变换,t∈(0,1).利用算子分块技巧,研究Tt和Tt(*)的本性范数的关系,给出了t=1/2时,Tt与Tt(*)的本性极大数值域关系的表示.Let Hbe infinite Hilbert space,for any bounded linear operator Tin H,denoted by Tt,Tt（＊） the generalized Aluthge transform and generalized ＊-Aluthge transform of T respectively,wheret∈（0,1）.By the method of operational partitioning,the relationship of the essential norm between Tt and Tt（＊）was given.Also,the essential maximal numerical rang of Tt and Tt（＊）was discussed for t=1/2.
