摘　　要：核心发展力的提升对于药物制剂专业的发展具有举足轻重的作用,介绍了药物制剂专业核心发展力建设途径,提出了药物制剂专业要与医药行业及制剂企业密切合作,不断优化人才培养模式,继续加强课程建设和师资队伍建设,持续提升学生非专业素质,以便更好地开发强势专业,促进其核心发展力的建设,使该专业逐渐拥有他人无法替代的优势。The improvement of core development force plays a decisive role for the development of pharmaceutical preparation. The construction ways of pharmaceutical preparation professional core development force were introduced. It is pointed out that the cooperation of pharmaceutical preparation, the pharmaceutical industry and the preparation enterprises should be strengthened, the training model should be optimized constantly, the course construction and teaching staff should be strengthened continually, students＇ non-specialized quality should be enhanced continuously, so as to better develop professional strength, promote the construction of its core development force, and make this profession gradually has the irreplaceable advantages of others.
