摘  要:如何通过实弹试验中测量的导弹弹体应变数据获得弹体截面等效载荷是型号设计部门面临的研究课题。引入一种数值反演方法,利用导弹试验过程中实测弹体表面应变数据实现弹体截面总体载荷识别。为解决实际测量过程中可能出现的数据坏点对识别结果的干扰,提高载荷识别的可靠性,提出基于线性相关性理论的测量数据坏点剔除方法,设计验证试验,检验识别方法的精度和可靠性。试验结果表明:该识别方法简单易行,且具有很高的识别精度与工程应用价值。A pressing problem facing to missile designer is to identify the cross section loads of missile load by measured strains data which would be conveniently obtained in the flight test. A load identification method based on the measured strain data of the surface of the missile body is introduced to determine the equivalent bending moment and the axial force of the cross section. In order to eliminate the interference of the fault points of the measured data,a defect rejection principle based on linear correlation theory is presented to improve the reliability of the identification method. A verification test is designed to verify the accuracy and reliability of the identification method. Results show that the method has the high identification accuracy and can be applied to the engineering practice.
