顶岗实习对高师生班级管理能力的影响——以河北师范大学为例

摘　　要：通过运用课堂管理能力、沟通协调能力和心理教育能力三个变量对顶岗实习前后高师生的班级管理能力进行定量和定性的比较研究,结果表明,顶岗实习对高师生班级管理能力具有正影响,影响程度按课堂管理能力、沟通协调能力、心理教育能力依次递减。Through the comparative quantitative and qualitative research into the class management ability of students in normal university by using such three variables as the classroom management skills, the communication and coordination skills and the ability of psychological education before and after the internship students, the results show that the internship has a positive influence on the class management ability of the students and the influence degree progressively decreases in accordance with the classroom management skills, the communication and coordination skills and the ability of psychological education.
