《推拿手法学》中法教学方法的改进及其教学体会

摘　　要：本文主要探讨推拿手法法的教学方法。教授前教师必须激发学生学习该手法的学习兴趣;法包括掌背、小鱼际及指间关节,但初学者宜首先学习并掌握掌背法;教授时,必须做好动作分解,讲清与讲透法的吸定点、接触面、的方向。此外,教师还要告诉学生练习时一定要用脑,用心练,及时调整自己的手势。This article mainly discussed the teaching methods of the Rolling Manipulation. The teacher must stimulate students ＇ interests in learning Rolling Manipulation before teaching. Rolling Manipulation includes dorsal metacarpal rolling, hypothenar rolling and interphalangeal joints, but the beginners should learn and master the dorsal metacarpal rolling first. The teachers must break Rolling Manipulation down into tiny parts, show the rolling of fixed-point, and contact area and rolling direction clearly and deeply. In addi-tion, the teacher should tell students that they must think seriously when they are in practice and adjust their own action timely.
