中医药传统文化对医药职业学院教师职业道德建设的现代启示

摘　　要：医药职业学院的教师肩负着为医药行业培养高质量、高规格人才的神圣使命,加强医药职业学院教师的职业道德建设,可以从中国传统中医药文化经典中汲取有益的营养。在当前医药行业违法违规现象仍不时发生,医药行业从业人员职业道德水平堪忧的情况下,唐代名医孙思邈在其《大医精诚》中所作的相关论述,已被医药从业人员奉为提升职业水平和道德水准之圭臬,并对加强医药职业学院教师的道德建设发挥出重要的启发意义。The teachers of the medical vocational college carry the responsibility for bring the highly-educated students to the pharmaceuticals industry. As a result, it is really important to improve the professional ethics of these professors from our traditional Chi-nese Medicine culture. Nowadays, lacking of concerns for the professional ethics sometimes bring the illegal behaviors and violations of the law in the pharmaceuticals industry. The opinion of the book Skillful Medicine Great Faith by famous doctor named Sun Simiao in Tang Dynasty is becoming the truth for improve the professorial level and moral standard of the medicine field, and will be much helpful for the education of the professional ethics to the professors of the medical vocational college.
