中医药高职高专毕业生顶岗实习调查分析

摘　　要：顶岗实习是医药类专业人才培养中重要的实践教学环节,是将所学专业理论知识与技能应用、巩固、提高的过程,是提高操作技能的有效途径。通过对我院2012级毕业生顶岗实习问卷调查,对顶岗实习过程中存在的有关问题进行全面剖析,探索提高顶岗实习效果、增强学生就业能力的可行路径。据此阐述提高顶岗实习效率的相关措施,为增强学生就业能力打好坚实基础。As an important practice teaching link of medical professional personnel training, post practice is a process of how students apply, consolidate and improve their professional knowledge and skill and also an effective approach of improve their operating skill. Through the questionnaire investigation of post practice of graduates of year 2012, this paper analyzed the problems in post practice, and discussed the way of how to improve the effects of post practice and how to strengthen the student ＇s employability.This paper stated the measures of how to improve the efficiency of post practice, and helped students set a substantial foundation of employability.
