摘　　要：美国专业教学标准委员会制定的《优秀幼儿园教师专业标准》及其认证体系是较为成熟的幼儿园教师专业评价与认证体系。本文主要介绍美国《优秀幼儿园教师专业标准》的开发原则、过程、内容及其认证，并结合我国《幼儿园教师专业标准》进行分析，据此提出相应建议，以期为我国幼儿园教师专业标准及认证体系的完善提供参考。Early Childhood Generalist Standards issued by American National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and its certification is one of the most sophisticated and mature professional evaluation and certification system for preschool teachers. This paper introduces the development principles, processes, contents and certification system, and provides reflection and recommendations for professional standards for preschool teachers in China. Some suggestions are provided for the developmerit of professional standards for preschool teachers and its certification system in China.
