摘　　要：针对新形势下大学生培养要求,对化学专业基础课中的有机化学教学,分别从教学团队的建立、教学内容的整合及优化、教学方法和手段的优化以及考核方式和内容的改革4个方面进行了探索和实践,以提高大学生的综合素质,培养应用型人才.Cultivating students applicable ability is prevalent under the current education model in local normal colleges. In this paper,from the reform of organic chemistry course starting,which based on practice in our college in recent 5 years,the method and mode of training college students applicable ability were analyzed and summarized from four aspects about establishment of teaching team,integration of teaching content,reforming of teaching means as well as innovation of examination mode.
