农业推广硕士研究生学习需求调查分析

摘　　要：通过对2013级沈阳农业大学农业推广硕士专业学位的100名硕士研究生问卷调查发现,在职攻读农业推广硕士学位研究生的学习目的和学习需求是希望在职学习中能提高学位层次、自身素质,以及提高发现、分析和解决问题能力,也有部分研究生是希望借助学习深造,从而拓展新的研究领域和工作岗位。该研究结果对促进在职攻读农业推广硕士学位研究生提高学习效率、专业技能和学术水平,加强学校对在职攻读农业推广硕士学位研究生的教学管理具有应用价值。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 in-service Grade 2013 graduate students who are studying for a master＇s degree of agricultural extension at Shenyang Agriculture University for the purpose of having knowledge of their purposes and needs. Results showed that improving educational background, personal quality and problem-analyzing-and-solving ability were their main purposes and needs. Also, Some of them hoped that such an in-service education would help them to open up a new research field or find a new job. Such research results will bring benefits both to improving the graduate students＇ learning efficiency, professional skill and academic ability and educationalists＇ strengthening the teaching management of the graduate school.
