摘　　要：在现代学徒制试点实施中,师傅型师资是关系人才培养成功与否的重要条件。基于双师型师资的现状分析,提出了现代学徒制师资建设中双导师的选拔、培养、考核与激励策略,并探析了师傅型师资培养管理模式,旨在为现代学徒制试点单位开展师资建设提供实践策略及管理建议。In the experimental implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, the master teachers＇ team is vital to the success of talent cultivation. In view of the present situation of double-certificated teachers, the paper puts forward strategies on their selection, training, assessment and incentive during the construction of teachers＇ team based on modern apprenticeship. Furthermore, the study explores the management model of the training of master teachers＇ team. In the end, the paper aims at proposing practical strategies and management suggestions on the construction of teachers＇ team for pilot schools adopting modern apprenticeship.
