摘　　要：本文提出高职院校应用型本科学生职业素养的培养,应通过开展项目化教学活动培养学生的职业能力,在教学环节中,引入企业文化提升学生职业道德,强调学校与企业共同构建职业素养考核评价体系,从而实现学生综合职业素养培养的目标,达到企业对人才规格需求的目的。The cultivation of the professional quality of the applied undergraduates in higher vocational colleges should be undertaken by the project teaching activities. In the teaching, enterprise culture should be introduced to promote students＇ professional ethics, professional quality evaluation system should be built by schools and enterprises together to realize the training of the students＇ comprehensive professional quality and to achieve the goal of enterprise demand for talent specs.
