应用型技术本科教学设计变革中教师阻抗探析

摘　　要：在教育改革发展内外环境发生深刻变革的背景下,应用型技术本科进入了转型发展的关键期。课堂教学作为高校转型的主阵地和主渠道,其顶层设计——教学设计是扎根课堂改革实践的直接介质,更为实现深度转型提供了"基层保障"。然而在实践中,应用型技术本科教学设计变革却经常遭到教师的阻抗。本研究主要采用文献法,剖析教师阻抗的表现,探求阻抗产生的原因,并提出相应的对策建议。The applied undergraduate education in China has come to the critical transformation period in which the teaching design, as the most important factor in higher education, is the key guarantee of the teaching quality. Unfortunately, the innovation of the teaching design meet a strong resistance from teachers. The paper applies the literature to analyze the teachers＇ performance, tending to find the causes of the resistance and propose measures.
