摘　　要：从逻辑和历史的双重考察来看,大学精神与城市精神都具有特殊的道德特质,均以推进人的全面发展和完善为重要旨归。大学与城市的密切互动,体现了两者基于美好道德生活的共同追求为大学精神作用市民道德建设提供了实践基础。从大学人的道德实然与道德应然的现实差距以及大学精神与市民道德文化相分离的现状等问题入手,提出了打造道德培育基地、打造道德辐射基地、打造道德研究高地等实施路径,进一步发挥大学精神对于市民道德建设的推动作用。From the dual perspectives of logic and history,the spirit of the university and the spirit of the city all have special moral characteristics,which aims to promote people＇s comprehensive development and improvement. The close interaction between the university and the city reflects the common pursuit of good moral life,and provides a solid foundation for the moral construction of Citizen Morality. From the problems such as the gap between the reality of moral and moral ideals,the separation of university culture and citizen moral culture,we should build moral cultivation base,moral radiation base,and moral study center to promote public morality construction.
