摘　　要：目的:检测Stathmin基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测135例非小细胞肺癌及20例癌旁肺组织中Stathmin蛋白的表达,分析其与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果:小细胞肺癌组织中Stathmin基因蛋白的表达水平明显高于癌旁肺组织(P<0.05),Stathmin的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Stathmin基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达显著上调;Stathmin基因的表达与淋巴结转移有关,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、组织类型无关。Objective：To detect the expression of Stathmin gene and its relationship with clinical features in non - small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods ： The expression of Stathmin gene was detected by immunohistochemistU in 135 patients with NSCLC and 20 lung specimens of paracarcinoma tissues as control. Results：The level of Stathmin gene expression in NSCLC was significant higher than that in the paracarcinoma tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. Interestingly the Stathmin gene expression was remarkably related to the lymph node metastasis but not to tumor size, TNM staging, pathological type and patientg age, gender. Conclusion：Stathmin gene expression is up -regulated in NSCLC patients related to the lymph node metastasis.
