摘　　要：本文分析了目前医院设备采购中存在的问题,提出了基于关键绩效指标(KPI)的评价体系。详细阐述了KPI的评价原则、评价方法以及预期效果,并指出该方法的优势和不足,指明了改进方向。This paper introduces the existing problems in the hospital medical equipment purchasing and proposes an evaluation system based on key performance indicators（KPI）. The paper also describes the evaluation principles, evaluation methods, and expected results of KPI in details. The advantages and disadvantages of this method, as well as the direction for further improvement are pointed out.
