高职院校的科研定位与实践策略——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校科研工作应主要面向教学、面向地方生产、经营、建设与管理第一线,重视地方中小企业的中小型技术课题,突出技术实用性,突出培养双师素质教师工程实践能力,通过科研工作促进教学,不断提高教学质量,提升师资水平,如何根据高等职业教育的特点准确定位高职院校的科研工作,形成高职院校科研工作服务于教学、服务于地方经济建设的特色,提高高职院校的科研能力,提升职业院校的竞争力,是高职院校需要重新认识与解决的问题。The scientific research work in local higher vocational colleges should be oriented mainly to teaching,to the first line of local production,management,construction and management, and should pay attention to technology research tasks of local small and medium-sized companies,highlighting practical technology,cultivation of teachers’ engineering practice ability.Scientific research should help promote teaching,and constantly improve the quality of teaching and the level of teachers. How to accurately position the scientific research work in higher vocational colleges according to the characteristics of higher vocational education,and form its characteristics of serving teaching and local economic development,how to improve teaching and research ability,how to enhance the vocational colleges competitiveness,these are the problems that higher vocational colleges have to recognize and solve.
