中小学数学说课评价指标体系的设计

摘　　要：说课是校本教研、优化课堂教学、提高教师素养的重要方式,评价是说课活动不可缺少的环节。为了更好地发挥说课评价的导向和激励功能,该文在概括中小学数学说课评价目标的基础上,采用"两两比较法"设计了中小学数学说课评价的两级指标体系,并阐述了评价指标的设置、权重和等级划分。A speaking lesson is an important mode of the school-based teaching research, the optimized class teaching and the teachers＇ improved quality, which is an indispensable link in the evaluating system of a speaking lesson. In order to bring the guiding and encouraging role of speaking lessons into full play, in the paper, a two-level index system of evaluating mathematic lessons for speaking is designed on the basis of generalizing the mathematical speaking-lesson evaluation at primary and middle schools, and the index system with the main points—the indexical establishment and the weighing and grading evaluation—are elaborated in this paper.
