摘  要:封装材料的选择和封装工艺的确定对柔性薄膜太阳电池在空间的应用非常重要。封装材料采用改性的硅氧烷系列胶水和高透过率含氟薄膜材料,封装工艺采用涂覆方式和覆膜方式相结合,并利用封装设备有效控制涂层厚度及其均匀性。对封装后的柔性薄膜太阳电池进行一系列环境模拟实验,发现实验后太阳电池性能衰减较小,具有良好的环境耐受性。The selection of coating materials and the determination of coating technology were very important for flexible solar cell for stratospheric application. Modified siloxane glue and high transmittance thin film containing fluorine were used as coating materials, both spraying and lamination method were combined, which selected by coating technology. The thickness and uniformity were controlled by equipment. A series of space environmental simulation test were applied on coating flexible solar cell, showing the electric property degrade slightly, and the result represents better environmental tolerance.
