摘 要:汽车电子技术的发展带来了汽车电磁兼容问题,其中,控制器的电源系统抗干扰设计对保证汽车稳定和可靠运行具有非常重要的意义。通过对国标GB/T 21437.2-2008规定的5种脉冲干扰波形的深入分析,将瞬变脉冲对控制器的稳定运行造成干扰归结为两个重要原因:持续期短的尖峰干扰和长时间的电压跌落。针对这两个原因,设计了汽车控制器电源系统的抗干扰电路,设计的电源系统抗干扰电路性能达到了相应国标中严酷度A级等级的要求,并且控制器经过近2年的实际装车稳定运行,表明所设计的电源系统抗干扰电路具有足够的电磁兼容性能。The automotive EMC problem was raising with the development of automotive electronic technology.Among which, the immunity design of the controller's power system became very important for the stable and reliable operation of the vehicle. By analyzing five kinds of pulse interference waveforms which was prescribed in GB/T21437.2, two major reasons were concluded: the short duration voltage spikes interference and long time voltage fall.The immunity circuitry of automotive controller was designed contrary to the aforementioned two reasons and its performance could meet the requirement of class A. The stable operation of controller for nearly two years indicates that the immunity circuitry has sufficient electromagnetic compatibility.
