摘　　要：为适应应用技术型药学人才培养的需求,作为专业基础课的化学课程的改革也势在必行。在分析了五大化学课程知识内在联系性和衔接性的基础上,对化学课程及其实验进行优化整合。整合后的基础化学新课程紧扣应用型药学人才培养目标,不仅教学体系更为完善、知识结构更加合理,而且充分体现了药学专业特色,教学效果也得到显著提升。In order to meet the demands in training professional talents for applied pharmacy,the chemistry curriculum which acts as the basic professional courses,has to be reformed. The theory and experiments of five major chemical courses are optimized and integrated after the analysis of their correlation. The new featured integrated curriculum is more closely related to the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents. The teaching system of new curriculum is more perfect and the knowledge structure is more reasonable. Through this reform,the teaching effect is significantly improved.
