高校实验室人员绩效考核系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：高校实验教师工作绩效考核是关系到高校实验室建设、发展和改革的重要环节,在一定程度上反映了学校的教学质量和科研水平,也是学校实力的标志之一。目前,各高校均已出台教师工作绩效考核方法,但大部分适用理论课教师考核,对于实验教师的考核工作,仅有较笼统的文件规定,或完全参照理论课教师的考核方式,本文针对实验教师的绩效考核中涉及的基础数据多,手工考核工作量大等特点,采用asp.net和C#技术作为系统的解决方案,设计和实现了一套高效的实验室绩效考核系统,以达到对高校实验教师绩效考核流程的信息化管理。该系统的主要模块包括:人员信息管理、人员考勤管理、年终考核评价、超业绩数据计算以及科研教学开放数据查询统计等配套子模块。Personnel performance appraisal system in college laboratory is an important part of the laboratory construction and experiment reform. To some degree,it not only reflects the standard of education and research,but also is one of the marks for the strength of a university. At present,many personnel performance appraisal methods are proposed,but some of them apply to appraisals for academical teachers. For the appraisal work of experimental teachers,it only exists a general file regulation,or completely references the appraisal way of academical teachers. In this paper,an effective performance appraisal system of laboratory is designed and implemented adopting the technologies of asp. net and C# in order to solve the problems such as the characteristics of many more basic data and lots of manual inspection work. This system is designed to achieve the information management of performancing evaluation process for the experimental teaching staffs. The main modules of the system is composed of personnel information management,staff attendance management,year-end assessment,super performance data calculation,open data query and statistics of scientific research and teaching and other supporting modules.
