摘  要:角器可制作成容器以盛酒、饮酒,亦可作为制作食物的工具。《齐民要术》记载,当时用牛角制作成加工条索状粉食的工具,其原理与今之饸饠床相似。由此臆度喇家遗址出土之四千年前的粟粉条索状食物,非为拉制或擀制,而很可能由角形器加工而成。根据新疆古墓葬婴儿身旁总有角器陪葬分析,角器亦可能用于婴幼儿喂食。Horny utensils could be used for making foods as well as containing wine or ing to Qi Min Yao Shu, a comprehensive book on farming written at about AD 533, drinking wine. Accordnoodle-like foods were made out powder materials with horny utensils, which worked similarly as the tool to produce he-le noodle now in the Northwest of China. The author hence supposes that the noodle - like foods made of millet powder exca- vated at La relics were not stretched or rolled, but very likely processed with horny utensils. Another supposition is that horny utensils were probably used to feed babies as they were found buried with dead babies in Xinjiang ancient tombs.
