摘　　要：立足于民间调解制度,阐述了民间调解制度的背景以及民间调解制度在当前社会转型条件下面临的压力以及发展空间。基于此,分别从不同角度探讨了凉山彝族地区民间调解制度的发展途径,使凉山彝族地区的民间调解制度与国家法制建设的长远目标相符合。Based on the civil mediation system,this paper expounds the background of the civil mediation system and the pressure of the civil mediation system under the current social transformation and the development space. Based on this,this paper discusses the development of the folk mediation system in Liangshan Yi area from different angles,so that the civil mediation system in Liangshan Yi area is consistent with the long-term goal of the national legal system construction.
