新生代农民工心理安全感对其城市融入的影响——基于武汉市的实证调查

摘　　要：通过对武汉市新生代农民工展开问卷调查,实证考察了心理安全感对其城市融入的影响。结果发现,新生代农民工的人际安全感对其城市经济融入、心理融入有显著正向影响,但对其社会融入的影响不显著;新生代农民工的控制安全感对其城市经济融入、社会融入有显著正向影响,但对其心理融入的影响不显著。最后,就如何使新生代农民工融入城市进行了探讨。The effects of how the new-migrant workers＇ psychological safety influenced their city life integration were studied.The results showed that the new-generation migrant workers ＇ interpersonal safety had a notable effect to their city life economic integration and psychological integration, but the effect to their social integration was not notable. The new-generation migrant workers＇ control safety had a notable effect to their city life economic integration and social integration, but the effect to their psychological integration was not notable. In the end, the conclusions were discussed.
