摘　　要：基于创新能力开发对专业学位与学术学位研究生培养进行比较分析,提出了研究生培养的Y模式。认为研究生创新能力开发过程中可将创新能力划分为基础性创新能力和适应性创新能力。前者是两类研究生培养都需要开发的创新能力,后者是两类研究生培养过程中的分离区域。From the perspective of innovation ability development,a comparative analysis is made on the training of professional degree programs and academic degree programs.A Y model of postgraduate training is proposed.It is held that the innovation ability can be divided into basic innovation and adaptive innovation.The former is common to both kinds of postgraduate training,while the latter separates the two types of training process.
