摘　　要：肇庆学院数学与统计学院的"数学分析"是广东省省级精品资源共享建设课程.根据相关文件精神,从数学分析课程建设涉及的教学团队、课程内容、课程资源及实施办法等方面,阐述了建设精品资源共享课程的一些做法.＂Mathematical analysis＂ of school of mathematics and statistics,Zhaoqing University,is one of the quality resources sharing construction courses in Guangdong. According to the spirit of the relevant documents,the paper elaborated some specific practices for the construction of quality resources sharing course,which includes： teaching teams,curriculum content,curriculum resources and the ways of implementation,and so on.
